Go easy the next thing they will do is "STEAL" you personal data from a company computer, sorry I guess they already did that too!
There are no repercussions for their behavior. None.

"typical west pilots"? I'd submit that paints with too broad a brush. Even on this most acidic forum thread, we've seen very reasonable (if precious few) west posters, who in no way evidence themselves to be perpetually adolescent fools.

Per getting hold of HR; I'd not feel that to be at all appropriate, but then, I've always held this "fellow pilot" philosophy, and wouldn't much care to ever see anyone harmed by momentary foolishness, no matter how much of a disgusting, detestable and complete idiot I personally find them to be. "Let he who is without guilt cast the first stone", etc.
You might be right, I'll give you that, maybe a handful of decent guys there, word in the office professional standards is going to be getting involved, AA is not at all amused.

PHL Update - E190 Captain Vacancies

ITS SIMPLE ECONOMICS

When have you ever heard of a major airline not having enough of its pilots wanting to bid Captain? Well, thats exactly what just happened when the Permanent Bid 14-03a was published yesterday. Out of almost 1,500 First Officer Positions, US Airways couldnt find 113 pilots to bid Captain. Thats right; the largest airline in the world could only fill 101 of 113 E190 Captain Positions.

The reason for the lack of interest is simple. Many pilots can earn considerably more money as an A330 or B75/76 FO, than they can as an E190 CAP, not to mention they will have better scheduling flexibility. Undoubtedly, neither the Company nor APA ever anticipated this situation when they negotiated the abysmal E190 pay rates.

The Company must now decide whether to hold pilots who bid off of the E190 and be short on the A330 or allow them to go to the A330 and be short on the E190. Not a decision any airline wants to make going into the busy summer travel period. Heres a thought; raise all the E190 rates and avoid the constant training churn because this problem is not going away.

SURE ASHAME THE WEST CHOSE THE WRONG PATH.

Again............... US Airways couldnt find 113 pilots to bid Captain. Thats right; the largest airline in the world could only fill 101 of 113 E190 Captain Positions.

For all the immature, unprofessional, and classless posts I've seen on this forum....this one is way over the top......shame on the poster.    You really need to re-examine you priorities, if not more!

No big surprise that it was posted by Tony "T-Bone" Anger.

Just start with "T-Bone."  How many men in their fifties do you know that still use such insipid teenage nicknames?

There's something seriously strange about that guy, IMHO.  If only we could arrange the same FBI personality profile for him as was done on Res Doyal.  The results would likely be equally disqualifying, and equally frightening.

Wow.

As an AA pilot, that pic is some serious scummy sheet.

Agreed in full.  Sadly, this is par for the course for certain posters such as "T-Bone the Biker."

Trust me on this, Mach.  You ain't seen nothin' yet.

SNAPTHIS, your comments please? Other west posters?
They have run. This one is going to finally hit home.
