If anyone is moving to Tempe, you'll like it there. HQ is about 1/4 mile from the ASU campus--there's LOTS of places to eat down there. Movie theater, shops, etc. Every year, Mill Ave. is shut down to traffic and they have one of the biggest New Year's Eve celebrations in the country. Downtown Tempe has a **LOT** more than Downtown Phoenix.etops1 said:
I've only been to places on the 1st floor, but I understand the same thing. Apparently, AWA also owns more property along Mill Ave. Just a few years ago, the city was worried they'd have to find someone else to develop that property--but maybe not anymore!EricLv2Fish said:I've been in the building several times. Seems like there is alot of office space not being used. Should fillup nicely with our new brothers and sisters.

They do have "Tempe Town Lake" 🙂 -- 🙂--which is actually about a 2-mile long section of the dried out Salt River bed that is "enclosed" with inflatable dams. After the rain we had this past spring, they had to actually deflate those dams for the first time since the lake was "built" in 1999.crushed said:If anyone in Tempe has an ocean view....we got big problems! 😉
