:down: :down: My bet, poor planning. Worked for US for 25 years and NOTHING, nothing, ever happen as planned. No matter who is in charge thre seems to be a black cloud over the airline. Mgmt just can't ever get it right. The customer always suffers along with the employees who are constantly making excuses for how inept the mgmt is.We aren't the only ones buying these seats 700. I've seen this several times with various componants. The Flight Management Computers come to mind as an immediate example.
