not surprisingly, AA will enter the VCP (Campinas) market as Azul (JetBlue's sister airline in Brazil) starts service to the US.

Because VCP is frequency controlled and linked with GRU, AA will shift frequencies from both JFK and MIA but also upgrading flights to 773ERs which have about a couple dozen more seats than the new configuration 772s.

AA also announced a number of seasonal cancellations including in fairly new TATL markets which have been shown to be carrying lower yield revenue than other carriers in comparable markets.

The list of seasonal cancellations includes JFK-DUB, ORD-DUS, ORD-MAN, PHL-ZRH, PHL-FCO, and PHL-BCN.

MXP service will be split between JFK and MIA; as has been shown, AA's start of MIA-MXP pulled off some of its top flow markets from JFK-MXP.

Also PHL-ZRH and PHL-BCN have been seasonal for many years in the past. Can't comment on the AA flights. This might also be a good time for them to paint the planes during slow season? Not sure what their schedule is, but if they aren't making money on the flights in the winter, they have some flexibility in scheduling them in for the new paint without losing lines of flight.
