OK, I''m sure that this is old ground, but how do you add pictures to posts? If anyone can tell me as if they were talking to a two year old, I could say that I learned something new today....thanx

For you to add photos to your post, they must be already residing on the Internet somewhere. You can then use an html tag to include it in your post.

I was thinking the same thing....I would add a picture of me scratching my head if I knew how.

RDM...could you speak up a bit, didn''t quite get that in the back of the room!!

I wrote the friggen thing in secrect disappearing ink, sorry that you guys never got to see my horinginal message in time......I do spy stuff on da side ya kknow

I can't believe that I'm answering my own question, but for all that are interested;;;
Firstly you must upload your photo to a host web site. I used the one that came with XP. MSN photos. Once this is done, right click the picture from the page and scroll down to properties and click. Find the URL address and highlight it and right click it, copy it. Go back to your post, and here's the secret....Bracket the address with: square bracket img square bracket, paste address, square bracket /img square bracket.....done

Or, use the Rich Text Editor and select the Insert Link button (fourth from bottom right).

The address to the link is
shortfinalcznl.jpg

thanks

Now how did i do that. I used the bracket image and it worked.
Thanks again.

I''ll try this again.
I''m not giving up, but after 6 revisions (is that a record) of trying to post a picture I am seeking professional help. I have tried bracketing img url and using the rich text editor and only seem to get the link posted. Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks

LOL if only Puk looked that good when I flew there!

any way, if anyone's still confused, here's an example:

{img}PASTE URL HERE{/img} *** use square brackets instead!!

to get the URL just right click on the picture, and pick properties, then copy the url there...
