Mr. Block established the following approximate time frame:
May 5 to May 26: Court reporter to complete the transcripts of the proceedings within 3 weeks and provide them to both parties for the review.
May 27 to June 2: The union and the company will have 30 days to review the transcripts and file their post hearing briefs.
June 28 to July 12: Both parties will have 15 days to respond to the other party’s post hearing brief.
July 13 to August 13: Arbitrator Block stated he would attempt to render his decision within this time period.
