ALPA AAA MEC Thread for 8/10-8/17

BINGO!

I've been saying that for years. Definitely symptomatic of NPD.

"Could be Narcissistic Personality Disorder."

Yup. As I previously noted = "A fairly common problem with ALPAoids.... "

Don't know about going underground....he probably submerged for awhile...soon to pop up.

Of course you know this by experience, you have been here for four years and voted for one contract during your probationary year. Quite the wise old owl you are. We used to call people like this a Johnny-come-lately

Nice retort Nos!! However what I meant by "they" is anyone at any carrier not just your previous one. Since I have been alpa for much longer than 4yr I do have some knowledge on the subject!! Third ALPA carrier for me NOS many votes on different contracts. BTW, how's your little decert effort going?? You guys are making fools of yourselves and are going to really torched this time.

Bottom line the company knows that trying to put our two groups together will not work and they will act accordingly. Run separate, kick out people or buy out. The FAA will be watching this one closely.

Their main goal is another merger and no one will consider putting their money on the line until this is settled. The merger with Delta plus Nicolau award, then get rid of original Usairways "old Guys" (legal corporate age discrimination) was the home run they were trying for, didn't work. Now they have to be more creative and patient. If it takes too long, their incompetence in airline management will catch up to them and eventually spoil the possibility of another merger.

Look for more desperate moves and shots across the bow on their part in the very near future.

The thread about a certain member being "underground" has been merged into this one.

As a reminder, there will be 1 thread per week for ALPA East and 1 thread per week for ALPA West. Starting a topic by referring to a poster does NOT change the overall subject material.

That's hilarious!!!

It is amazing that the most banging of the drums the west does on this board are from AWA320,junebug,zface,etc. Five of these posters time in service do not add up to one pilot at Usairways. They will not admit their time in service only new won entitlement. They will not admit where they spent their time in previous companies. Most people would consider this time a resume, they know it is a joke. AWA320 please tell us the last two airlines you worked for.

You overlooked drinking to excess....spending far too much time out in the desert sun...perhaps taking peyote/etc. All such would perhaps explain the management style, and overall westie attitudes methinks.

Dating your daughters is fun too......

Review the post of AWA pilots, they have a fascination insulting family members. IE Dating your daughters and junebug172 your mom likes me. If you consider this class invest in the next Parker merger. Junebug171 g would not be happy with you.

Sorry = neg daughters...and were there any?..They'd likely have been able to differentiate between Men and your sort

On a more appropriate note: Can any AWA enthusiast of the Nic business offer up ANY likely reason for management sincerely desiring a joint contract? Mr Parker notes that such would cost the company One hundred and 20 Million for the east, and would only save approximately Ten Million in ops efficiencies.

What truly is the AWA "Vision" that allows for the idea of the Nic business ever being implemented against the East's will?...And: what's the fantasized time table for such?
