The Association is now defunct. There is zero solidarity, no respect, and the company is now just negotiating with us because Sito changed his story on management multiple times.

If this latest edition is still soooooo bad, it should be very easy to show all of us why it's soooooo bad.

Show us all the really really bad things the company did not put on Jetnet and make your case against this.
The membership deserves as much and we deserve it today, not next week or next month.

PRez, CB, the rest of the NC ~ make your case why this is a horrible horrible offer.
Continued crickets from the NC on this won't be acceptable.

I'm fine with putting it out for a vote, after reading the full text of everything involved.

GP is afraid it might get voted in?
The union’s response of “amateurish and unprofessional” move by the company trying to bribe association members is lame to say the least. If GP and Co. had their way, we would still be in the dark about ANYTHING being offered.
They accuse the company of disrespecting us when in fact it’s the association who are disrespecting us because they don’t trust the members to decide for themselves what is good and what is bad.
 
If soooo many people are still soooo pissed off, let’s vote and show the company just how pissed we are with actions and not words. So far, it’s been nothing but words in weekly updates. An overwhelming NO VOTE should be the outcome with all this anger, and just think of the LEVERAGE we would have then.

The Association seems very confident this is a bad deal.
Lets get the full force of the membership behind them with a vote letting them know where everyone stands.

NYer was a massive supporter of anything and everything Jim Little. Jim and his team could do and never did any harm in his mind. He still sends Christmas cards to Jim down in the Caribbean and hopes to one day be invited out on the yacht.

NYer was ecstatic that we didn’t have to vote for the Association. Absolutely beside himself giddy.

It's his way to draw attention away from the real subject matter in trying to deflect the attention.

The only defense for that is to talk about it.

Can you just please tell me who “We” or We’ve” is or are? You’re (YOU) are always using that phrase so I’m wondering if maybe you’re carrying a bunch of Symbiotes in your head?
 
Put existing proposal to a vote and let's guess what the outcome would be. My money is on the sub par proposal passes and ALL of us are stuck with it! Some more than others. The process for an agreement remains at the bargaining table. We are represented employees. I would like to see the collective bargaining process followed. Shame on the company for trying to side step the collective bargaining process. Shows how determined they are to fast track this proposal. Should make all wonder why. Both parties need to get back to the table IMO. Let me know when a TA has been reached by both parties. Until then... let's play by the rules AA

Oh no, some here say folks are overwhelmingly against it. They even direct you to the Jetnet comments. No, there is no way in hell it would ever pass in current form. It doesn't matter that you or I have been told numerous times by coworkers they are ready to vote, those people don't exist, they are all on Jetnet and here.

It's funny that the union we pay dues to never shows us any counter proposals or "asks"....but the company posts their offer everywhere...its typical, that the company gives us more info on what's currently on the table, than our own union...can't believe we still have the T.W.U. & ASS. "Representing" us...

Have we had enough bs yet???
