>Throw up<
PI please answer are you happy with your unions performance??

So what do you suppose he’d do? Other than further delay things.
He doesn’t have one more ounce of leverage than the current group does, maybe walking in there and announcing his name will get Isom shaking in his boots and give us everything.idk
Change is good but if you want to stay the course.Voting for Tim is your chance to make the IAM great again

i personally dont want his vote. I want smart members and educated members who are pro worker to bring in change. It is simply impossible for him to understand. Him and other sheep will vote for Mr Man and are completely clueless that him and others would actually be continuing the destruction of their pension. He doesnt even understand that our strength and leverage at lus is in the power of saying no, and the only reason why Sito didnt already hand over lus health is because I myself cuffed him with another election.

As far as the IAM pension, our data analytics came back last week and it confirmed that there is in fact 1 way to save our pension AND my team is the ONLY team that will be able to not only save the iam pension but also not have to reduce members benefits.

members who care about their pension and are very smart will vote for my team and not rent out their brain to stupid.

I think that running the union should be seperate from running the pension

"The financial condition of our two insurance programs is among our top priorities as we look to the future. The financial status of the Single-Employer Program continues to improve. However, the Multiemployer Program faces very serious challenges and is likely to run out of money by the end of fiscal year 2025."

Basically, Anyone who is participating in a Multi-Employer Plan is facing a serious REDUCTION IN BENEFITS
IF The Pension goes to PBGC Receivership.

This is why any educated TWU Member wants NO PART of the IAMNPF.

AA already tried to dump our FROZEN Single Employer PLAN on the PBGC in the 1ST Chapter 11.

You can bet they won't give up on dumping all the Pension plans the first chance they get.

You don’t have to worry about me voting for you or Sito though given your past piss poor performance you should take every vote you can get.
Yeah you keep saying no and they will drag your ass in sec 6 and shove it right up yours dry.

Hey anyone know where the Oil Price Chickens ran off to? LMFAO.

LONDON (Reuters) - Oil prices extended losses on Monday as Saudi Arabia and Russia said they may increase supplies while U.S. production gains showed no sign of slowing.

Brent crude futures (LCOc1) stood at $75.32 a barrel at 1805 GMT, down $1.12 from the previous close. The contract touched a three-week low of $74.49 earlier in the session.

U.S. crude futures were at $66.47, down $1.41, after hitting a six-week low of $65.80.

The spread between the two contracts (CL-LCO1=R) reached $9.38 a barrel, its widest since March 2015.

Trading was light due to public holidays in the United States and United Kingdom.

...which they haven’t done in my 30 years...and now the TA has worse language than the policy has ever had...its actually been enhanced by the company over the years...until the 90’s PT and FT couldn’t work for each other...what do you think about that?...there are no absolutes...
Worse???? You know what the TA says?
Whether they have done it or not....does not mean it can never happen.... you want to trust them....go right ahead....I would rather have language that protects it.

The iam pension requires the prez to appoint half the board with GVPs. The Grand Lodge Pension trustees are exclusively GVPs.

The pension is also a negotiated item in many contracts, so its impossible to exclude the iamnpf from representational matters.

If i was able to appoint someone in Sitos shoes, i personally would wanna sed the pension as a choice for lus, considering some feel more secure in a union pension. But i would personally go with the 401 unless the GL pension merged with the iamnpf.

This may be an attempt in vain, but in an attempt to get back to JCBA matters, I will say the latest proposal is moving in the right direction. The first company proposal was a pretty quick no vote. The latest one makes me think. I realize we probably will not be voting on it, and as it has been explained to me my PREZ and CB I would still be a no vote, but at least it is better than the last.

If the there is no Full Time Protection included with the station protection I cannot vote yes. I also think a 60/40 FT/PT split is too close to 50/50. I don't think I could vote for anything less than 70/30 if we are talking about total percentage of clerks/agents. If we are talking about PT as a percentage of FT then maybe 40% is not as bad.

I will have to wait on the propoed CS policy to see what it is. Evidently a lot of people know but nobody wants to say. I am generally supportive of fewer restrictions for that kind of stuff. If there is no mid contract wage adjustment that might be a no vote from me also. I know the clerks in our local have been vocal about wanting to make sure that is included. Something tells me the company will not be as generous with us as they have been with pilots and FA's. We need something in place to adjust our raises if DL or UA get increases during our contract. I don't want to be stuck behind them for a year or more.
