Greed? Well, I see now you are changing your tone. At some point, the Association needs to ask for less than $40 for rampers as well.

They aren’t asking for $40. They aren’t asking for $40 on DOS or even reaching that at the end of any agreement.

And I don’t like Green eggs and Ham so I won’t eat Green eggs and Ham said Sam I am.

As I understand it Delta Ramp goes up to $31.06 TOS next month.

Here’s some DOS percentages.

3% above = $32.00
4% above = $32.31
7% above = $33.24
11% above = $34.48

With a 3% per year 5 year deal 11% DOS would be the number needed to almost hit $40.00

Now if anyone wants they can do the Math off the December UAL raise that takes them to $31.23.

Three years of negotiations, section 6 coming next, mediation to follow. Me too clauses for all three groups, two unions and so on and so on. This is not going to go quickly and it's not going to turn out good for the membership if it gets to arbitration. God forbid. M&E needs to separate asap before we become collateral damage of the associations greed.
