Tim.... will you please officially endorse yourself as a Right to Work advocate, since you won't endorse yourself for a union position?
The biggest advocate for RTW was Obama as a record number of States mobilized rtw to save businesses fleeing to mexico and china.
Im an advocate for a new American Labor Movement since there isnt a labor movement in this country.

Maybe you should run for office as a GOP candidate... you could do those same road shows, and lecture scores of empty seats...

weez is incorrect. In fairness, I dont think his handlers are even aware. Sad.
So, tell me where you get YOUR credible information from that proves that Weez's rumor is incorrect... do you have your own "handlers"?

Tim can’t vote for himself because he would actually have to physically show up at an IAM Lodge and Tim hasn’t been to one of them in almost 20 years.
WHAT? Are you telling me that he does not participate in any of the required meetings for advancement within the organization? Are you telling me he is not participating in the day to day activities to support his own local? Twenty Years? Is that why they got rid of 700? Is it because 700 had the records to verify this?!

2 Twu locals trying to sue to undue the javits seniority agreement have retained lawyers to possibly undo negotiations and the ass. Great, all they need is one judge to allow them to go fwd (not win) and AA will turn around and put everything on ice until its settled a la equity fiasco. Nice job 567 and 514 Presidents who are up for re-election. A big f you to the commuters and those just holding on for a buyout. Posted on 567 facebook page for all to read.

They are standing up for their memberships and I applaud them for doing so!

Although of course they’re within their right to make the attempt I honestly don’t think it’s going to go anywhere?

The NMB certified the Association as the bargaining Agent and gave them sole authority to make these types of decisions. It was mutually agreed to place any Seniority decisions in the hands of an Arbitrator just to avoid any possible litigation against the separate Unions as a DFR issue.

Basically the issue is probably airtight? And there was also a time period to file complaints against the decision with Arbitrator Javits and I’m wondering if that was done?

And after 17 years the LLCers that you love and vehently defend on here have been litigating to try and get their occupational DOH back and won’t accept the outcome and move on. APFA even reached a deal with the company a couple weeks back to give the F/As priority return to STL base. Not sure why there needs to be a base there especially since the pilots are finally closing.

Why does TWA STL get to keep their base but not LUS PIT? Why not HP at LAS like back in the day?

Any Judge will more than likely rule that this is an internal Union issue and not even agree to hear the case? Remember that Local 591 also tried to sue to prevent the Association and was rebuffed by the Court.

Any litigation being attempted by those two Presidents doesn’t appear to be an attempt to decertify the Association anyway and this issue should also not hold any bearing against JCBA Negotiations.

BTW the issues of Seniority especially among the Maintenance Class and Crafts was always going to be a contentious one and I’m surprised it even took this long to rear it’s head.

Association Association Association rah rah rah...you just can’t make this crap up. “Oh no, there is no disagreements among the two unions, all is going well”. LMAO

By the way, where is Peterson in all this...making a “I’m putting you on notice Doug video” ? Gary, Rome is burning and you are nowhere to be found. At least you have the two local presidents trying to take care of their members. The minority continue to slap the majority around.
Also W, I personally think you know the insurance rumor is fake, but you did give Spit an orgasm...lmao

it was never placed in arbitration, nor was javits hired as an arbitrator...nor did he make any determinations. He was hired to do work and make recommendations, some of which may have crossed the McCaskill Bond Act, but id be shocked if the suit isnt thrown out.
