Happy Retirement there Brother Gruber.

Who cares? That election is still pending, believe it or not.
The Deputy director of the Secretary of Labor is investigating that field office. The investigation froze the "statement of reasons" of the OLMS field office in my case. LMAO. Even IAM officers could be charged.
BTW, Gruber was booted by my complaint saying his retirement was a breach of the constitution.
Let's let some things start falling into place. Gruber's 'retirement' won't be the last.
And the field office, well, let's just say that Uncle Donnie is coming through after I contacted his SOL and Brother Atkinson put on a strong case that triggered the Deputy Director's and OIG investigation of that field office who might have been 'too soft' on the IAM. Also, according to our key people in the upwards of the Labor department, the DOL also mobilized on the 14th of this month and reinterpreted DFR laws and said that the field offices have been too soft. So, since I invoked my civil rights, you can be sure that any grievance I have that is not 'attended to' will be moved to a 3rd party 'quickly'. LMAO.
At any rate, I'm assuming that the Deputy Director and OIG office will order against the DC field office in their investigation which we claimed was grossly negligent since much of the information we gave them wasn't ruled upon. Like I said, 'the statement of reasons' have been FROZEN, due to the pending federal case.
Heads may roll. If so, that would be pretty cool, bro!
Rest easy though Weez, I'm done with the IAM.
As an aside, I conducted a new poll on my massive FB group about triggering a new election for a union. Interestingly, most members want to vote on whether to go with the TWU, IAM, Association, or New Union.
Consider all of the above thirdhand hearsay
