They can get on a airplane AMERICAN has many many flights coming into dfw everyday there is no excuses that the iam leaders can’t be there

I guess this is standard procedure from the Association. Undated and a generic signature from the executive council. No one wants to put their name on the letter. Just the title of the committee. This is where a particular member can say I did not sign that letter when they want to side step their responsibilities.
 
If that's truly the proposal the company isnt serious about having an agreement any time soon.Or it could be association BS.

Whoever wrote that doesn’t even understand the Pilots and FAs 401k Contribution language, it’s really embarrassing ,this is the best we can do?

Do you have reading comprehension issues? That letter was a rehash of a May letter put out by the International by TWU Local 513.

Obviously they’re getting a little sick of people (like yourself) who can’t figure it out.

Had a couple of union stewards show up in my work area to talk up the protest and they faced some very angry people. I felt kind of bad for them as they are not to blame, but a few guys, all with 32 -35 years went off on them. The conversation ended up being how can we get rid of the Association. The 2 union reps are guys that I respect and would not mind representing me in a dispute and they handled the talk well. The problem is you have to expect this when you put what is best for your members at the bottom of the list. The communication is awful, but the 2 reps said that LUS has said they will not agree to anything that increases medical for them. I told them, can you blame them? They're in the drivers seat and the TWU goes along for the ride.

Yep it’s all about the IAM Medical. As a matter of fact if the Company would relent on that the Association is prepared to drop ALL other issues. They’ve even agreed to give up on DOS all Title 2 and OH, 20 Line Stations, all Deicing, Bagroom’s and Bag running. But only if they get that Medical.

Listen, you need to stop talking down to people. STOP IT!
You are a nobody who sold out your own members for a potential gig in FLL. Any reasonable person would say that your association buddies have let us all down. Who is on the executive negotiation team? Why can't they even sign their own letters? Why don't they return Danker's phone calls? Why don't they show us the actual offer? Fa NEVER EVER saw the proposal from Uncle Jerry. I know that for a 100% FACT. In fact, I know for a fact that Sito and Sister Alex never showed anyone. Your boy Regan wanted to but was instructed not to by Sister Sito.
Even what Fa referenced is "Old Hat" from an earlier offer far far ago. Our negotiations were all but done until Sito flipped in negotiations and demanded that the IAM Pension be handled 'line item'. That's a fact! And he flipped on other things in negotiations 13 months ago when negotiations were settled until he had his bi polar moment. The company changed its negotiators to Uncle Jerry since then and have only had a few sessions until Uncle Jerry found out that he was negotiating with someone who CLEARLY had interest away from American Airlines.

At any rate, you can do all of your working class hero crap all you want since nobody can stop you, but what you won't do, nor ever do, is bring back anything more than what was offered PRIOR to section 6. That is when I pulled my support from this miserable association, i.e., when they lied, including Mr Baskett, about having us vote on a JCBA prior to section 6. What is likely to happen is that the offer will almost certainly be less and all of the small stations will not get contracted out thanks to you and Mr Baskett (BTW< he also lost catering now). Morons, we have morons on our team.

Of course, consider all of the above as 3rd hand hearsay.

that is because the iam owns the twu and could not give a ****.
