Another ETC glitch

As a retiree, I am entitled to one SA1 pass. I listed the flights and selected SA1 priority. Plans changed, so I canceled the listing and listed on another flight but the SA1 was shown as no longer available. Apparently, it is not credited back to your account if the original listing is canceled. I'm sure that's not the intent but perhaps our IT department can't quite cover all contingencies.
 
You have to request that it be credited back. Or you can book something for later in the year and keep it open and just change it when you know what you want to use it on. It will show SA1 in the record and as long as you havent flown it, it can be changed at the airport or rez should be able to rebook. PM me with the details and I'll make sure you show something in the record to keep it active until you want to use it.
