that is the response you get on a Monday morning business day, now down to 2 res centers, with no systemwide weather delays calling the nbr to book an award flight or make a change(I.E. prefered/reissue desk), would you wait to purchase a product from, or in general patronize a business with this sort of delay? Time is precious and a commodity that cannot be spared, my supes taught me that well over the years.
Keep giving the revenue away and cutting heads, that's a sure way to salvage a company.
