Now that the NY case has been dismissed and usapa has no excuse for delaying the Arizona case. Where is their filing?

Missed both deadlines and do not have a court order granting more time.

Very irresponsible of the usapa lawyers. If usapa is arrogant enough to ignore court rules maybe the judge just grants summary judgement for the west. If usapa does not think it important enough to respond perhaps the judge ends this 5 years waste of court resources and tells usapa it's over.
