That t'aint no "sir", sir. Think literally hysterical "lady"...umm..."moderator" when USAPA came to PHX, and frequently whining crew news "personality" ever since. 😉 You know = "We'll NEVER join!"...and "We'll NEVER pay dues!"/etc ad nauseum...and every imaginable variant since from "Ho ho ho!. St nic is coming to town!" in December of 2007...to the ever present and incessant: I'll get you, and your little dog too!....WAAAAH!.....Gimme my Nic!...WAAAAH! 🙂

Given a choice between using a final and binding arbitrated list or having to negotiate an entirely new seniority list with expensive and restrictive C&R's and liability he will go with expensive?

ISL Arbitration Hearings Update UAL CAL pilots April 18th, 2013

ISL arbitration hearings have been going on this week in Washington, D.C. The sessions are expected to conclude Friday evening or Saturday morning at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 1330 Maryland Ave., SW, Washington, D.C. Pilots are welcome to attend these sessions.

Daily transcripts of the hearings have been posted on the Integrated Seniority List Information Central webpage. Click Here to access that webpage.

MEC Communications will post the transcripts as soon as possible. Please note that the daily transcripts normally aren't available until the morning following each day's hearing.

Here is the schedule of the remaining arbitration hearings, all at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C.
