Yes, the 3rd bay band has the endorsement of Marty Zacharius, and the film expertise of the former PHX F/O rep Brice. Marty even thinks Black Top Pest might go viral.
Brice does some fine producing of Cap'n Aux. The videos Cap'n does of his F/o flying below 10 k are priceless. Remember, those PED rules only apply to passengers, not the Cap'n.
Black Top Pest is some fine tune. Makes everyone else realize just how strange your group is.

Just remember your western counterparts are adept at strange filmings. Their Goat Video and Black Top Pest are industry known. Perhaps you should sweep them for filming apparatus when they ask for your jumpseat.

Okay thens let's use MB.....

Two choices...one, use something usapa specifically said was not part of the MOU, and try to combine the AMr list with a never used, never contractually mandated, found to be a DFR at trial list, supplied by usapa, and immediately challenged during the process,

Or,

use the Nic, which is/was contractually mandated, conforms to MB process, and gave the east the same rights they would have under AM 3 and 13.

All of our choices are over. Both sides went all in. Along for the ride now.

Where is the good Captain Gay? Shouldn't he be along directly to clear up some of the legal landmines Leonidas stumbled upon recently?
He is rather Direct and Clear on some of those things.

Holy crap! You are definitely afflicted with diahrea of the keyboard, aren't you Claxman? Me thinks thou doth protest too much, Claxman. Hey! Why don't you pull the Ansett video out again...oh wait....you just did. SYIC, Maroon.

Ask auxier and anger about the Ansette pilot scab situation. They should know a lot about it. They were hired in 1989 when west pilot pay was up to 75 thousand a year and Ansette had west pilots crossing their picket line.

Feel free to ask mike daley, maybe he will let you in one of his scab seeking scab recruitment videos. daley, only gold for army of lyingitas?

A United Pilot's Thoughts:

[background=rgb(245, 245, 255)]This is meaningless and pure entertainment so nobody should get bent out of shape if they don't like my thoughts. Make your own guess and we'll have a pool to see who get's closest to guessing their number on the new ISL.[/background]

[background=rgb(245, 245, 255)]I begin with my summation of the relevant discussion in the US Air/Am West and DAL/NWA award.[/background]

[background=rgb(245, 245, 255)]US Air/Am West [/background]
  • US Air was going out of business so career expectations were almost nil.
  • Putting furloughees in with active pilots would be unfair to Am West junior pilots and subject them to risk of furlough.
  • US Air does bring large planes and foreign routes so they get credit for category and class ratios.
Fine...we have no value. So keep your priceless jewel of the West, PHX, and leave us the hell alone.

Nope did not miss either, I said the " biggest" change, meaning the most significant.

Also, LOS and/or longevity was considered in the Nic, see the dissenting opinion and more importantly the response to the dissenting opinion in which Nic addresses the longevity issue.

If our merger took place today with the same fact set in 2005, under present ALPA merger policy, we would end up with the same award....but the BIGGEST difference would be the company would implement upon acceptance and ruling, and no clause for the east to renege, as the rest of the JCBA would have been completed prior.
You would be very wrong on all accounts. There are thousands of pilots at United/Continental, Northwest/Delta, and 3000 east US pilots that disagree with you. That is why merger policy was changed and the move to use three arbitrators was enacted. Those pilots wanted nothing to do with with a possible similar outcome such as ours. Come to think of it you have 9000 AMR pilots that prefer three arbitrators as well, so what does that add up to - 32000 pilots that say you are wrong? What has Nicolau done since the completion of our arbitration? Nothing! And there you have it 32000 LUP's! Do you really think those other pilots would allow a new hire to be placed ahead of a 15 year employee. It aint happening.
