The ripe claims chorus along with Siegel dropping that in just recently are too coincidental. The Leonidas jihadists Doyal and Horner had inside alert on that. You are underestimating their inside track. The western jihadists still have multiple inside
sources. Just remember how they accessed your addresses and social security info. That came from a chief pilot.
Parker is lighting matches in every labor corner, hoping to play the benefits of the MOU as long as he can.

So he is a saint?

He is the one who used the term, I called him out on it and you all attack me?

You are all warped and no wonder why your in the situation with US.

Please explain what makes jihadist an offensive term. Would you rather he called them nazis?

They are not killing in the name of a religion, its disrespectful to what just happened in Boston.

The east reneged on an arbitration, bottom line they are wrong.

Bingo. You said what I've been thinking ever since the westies filed their latest lawsuit. It's all a sideshow to get a seat at the table that they are not entitled to. I hope USAPA has the balls to just say "NO" to any suggestions otherwise.
AOL has NO STANDING as representatives of ANY LCC employee.
Let's keep it that way.
Cheers.
You think that because you're an idiot. MB will not retroactively apply to mergers that are 1, already completed and 2, completed before MB was even law. You're getting the Nic court ordered. It's over.

Oh, you forgot to add, IMHO.

And you forgot that your warped humble opinion stems from a warped idea that the pilots didn't support your mechanics strike over a decade ago.

So, basically your opinion is biased.

Well, since you don't want any representation for the west I'm glad to see you're willing to accept the Nic. Oh wait..... you want to do a seniority do-over for the west and east with USAPA (who is controlled by the east) determining the integration. So you plan on righting what you see as a wrong with a huge wrong? That would be funny if it wasn't so disturbing.

I'll go with the info Geoge gave me. I guess you would have no idea what Coutney says to the new hires and those West pilots "allowed" to attend the indoct.

There is no hiring going on in the west regional division? The East is the only one hiring for the next few years. Why should anyone on the west care?

If you want to know more about the East new hires, just ask one of your west chief pilots to go on the company computer and illegally burn a disk with their personal information. History has shown they can do this with out impunity.

Yes to all Bean. That is exactly the intent. I don't want a minority to determine our seniority integration, nor do I want ALPA policy to have any standing.

Sorry you are disturbed. I can relate, I felt the same way when I heard a pilot with 17 years unbroken service went behind a new hire.

We are brothers in arms!

Separate ops until a combined contract, there was never a complete merger when it involved the pilots. The MB law does not require arbitration, only an agreement between each pilot groups legal union representatives.

Well, that is fine, you want the majority to determine the seniority integration for the NEXT merger, I understand that. We however are talking about a merger that occured years ago between two seperate groups. It would be like if during the Delta/Northwest or Continental/United mergers the seniority was simply decided by the larger group. Not right in any stretch of the imagination or legal either.

Keep going the direction you are headed. You are going to be dumped post merger just like we were. You may think you matter now. Just wait a few months.

Parker will shove that glee right down your throat when he moves onto the pretty gal at AA. He's already started a bar tab...You're buying, Mr LOA ninety something.

He's going home with the girl.

Bean. After 6 years from the NIC arrival there is no merger of pilots. Never happened. In fact it has been 8 years since the public announcement of the merger. Your seniority in regards to East West has NEVER been decided, much less voted on.

But I know you disagree. That's ok, lets watch the proceedings.
