Oh wait..... you want to do a seniority do-over for the west and east with USAPA (who is controlled by the east) determining the integration. There is no hiring going on in the west regional division? The East is the only one hiring for the next few years. Why should anyone on the west care?

Separate ops until a combined contract, there was never a complete merger when it involved the pilots. The MB law does not require arbitration, only an agreement between each pilot groups legal union representatives.

We however are talking about a merger that occured years ago between two seperate groups. It would be like if during the Delta/Northwest or Continental/United mergers the seniority was simply decided by the larger group. Not right in any stretch of the imagination or legal either.

Bean. After 6 years from the NIC arrival there is no merger of pilots. Never happened. In fact it has been 8 years since the public announcement of the merger. Your seniority in regards to East West has NEVER been decided, much less voted on.
