She was good at furloughing and cutting costs. What a thing to be quoted as saying. I saw nothing special. "As long as I get mine; things are fine".

Donna has never work in customer service she was an auditor. There was/is a learning curve for her. Her staffing knowledge is lacking it showed back east with the xmas melt down. And she lacked knowledge among other things.
