Since the 1900 crash in CLT, we've gone through a couple of new W/B schemes. As a new hire, we were still on the 'old' one and if you could close the doors, the Dash could go.
It's been rough. We see it every leg.
The fuel situation out of LGA has been the problem- it has nothing to do with the age of the 100s. And yes, the 200 could take off roughly a ton heavier, and had a ZFW 1,000 pounds higher than the 100. Damn, that thing was a riot empty. You'd hit the horn below 7 in cruise.
