Not sure what you mean there Snap. unless you mean bond posted awaiting appeal that will never come to pass. We are taking OUR money back.

And I triple dog dare the scab union to siphon monies for a post single carrier class decertification of usapa in order to fund post union lawsuits. In the words of Dirty Harry, that would "make my day"!

Nic, USAPA eventually being decertified as the bargaining agent does not make it go away as an organization. And the CBL very clearly lays out what can and cannot happen to the dues moneys. By the way, you imply you are getting refund. That may or may not happen. I don't remember ALPA returning any of my dues when they no longer represented me! RR

Nic, USAPA eventually being decertified as the bargaining agent does not make it go away as an organization. And the CBL very clearly lays out what can and cannot happen to the dues moneys. I am not thinking of a voluntary refund, although I am under the impression that the C&BLs address that scenario.

What happened to the 50 per month new hires for the east. All those east retirements?

Next month only 9 of those 9 a MAJORITY are F/O's That does not upgrade anyone.

Of those 9 leaving only 2 WB capts. That does not create much movement. Could it be that things are not going as advertised on the east?
