Callowaycady is hypersensitive to the Sec 22 grievance and seems to be in the know... Maybe he can elaborate!

There are big problems out West. There is now a solid divide on sticking with NIC or nothing. Seems a lot of West Class folks are tired of "nothing." Being paid only slightly more than the East, trapped in PHX, no wide body upgrades, and a general sense that there simply will be no improvement on anything for years has the rank and file squirming.

I always suspected that luvthe9 was posting under a second user name after he totally discredited himself with his Kasher call.

Nailed me! I am "luvthe9." Took you long enough. I am not begging the West to come off the award. There simply is no award to come off of; and Judge Silver has made it quite clear she will have nothing to do with it. My efforts here are to convince everyone that 1) the merger is dead, and 2) we are going nowhere contract wise with our current and looming litigation. There will be no NIC, and there will be no lifestyle improvements for any pilots East and West for years. The only way you personally will get a pay raise is for enough attrition to occur to meet your lifestyle standards for upgrade. And once again, please post a link to any decision Kasher has made on either LOA 93 or the 3%. I am waiting. Luv

Absolutely true. The money IS the issue. Marty has delivered NOTHING. The MOU vote was proved not a JCBA. the general feeling is they want a way out with LOS. Even clear bailed on you guys. It is over.

Well, that's news to me. The only divide I'm aware of is the one on the east between the DOH or die crowd and the let's get the $&;! off LOA 93 crowd. What do I know though, I'm on the outside.

The East is not unanimous about what they want. Just look at the CLT election results.... Yeah, the CLT rep elections tell you all you need to know.

Now, about those elections for the folks that are spending the West donations (and now demanding monthly deposits)....

Do those folks let you vote on who represents your interests?
Do they tell you exactly who is on the take?
Do they admit any personal conflicts of interest?
Do they let you see the Sec 22 grievance results?
