Seems uscaba failed to follow the correct procedure and actually ask the circuit court first, before filling another document with false info to the 9th.....BTW, it is admissible.

Really? Answered the writ already? How about their response to the motion to reconsider? Silver will have to demonstrate Article III jurisdiction. Marty better send her a reply to hold her hand through the tough times.

Not exactly a fair attack (and certainly juvenile), my A330 "Supreme & Experienced FO" - Denverite friend. Cleardirect was banned because he "outed" CLAXON as MIKE CLEARY. Now I can't quite see CLAXON as MIKE CLEARY. While CLAXON posts as often as someone who seems to be as available as MIKE CLEARY might be, the syntax isn't quite there. Now there is the issue of review. If CLAXON was MIKE CLEARY, and had former legal counsel taken the time to review his posts......nah, that's not it. On the other hand, it seems that my US Airways brethern don't get the same treatment when the "out" someone like DCA319 as "JJ" (and claim he was Move & other nom de guerres).Cleardirect gave lucid, informed dialog and argument to a space where we most often see this from my eastern brethern:SYIC.
