I manage risk, pretending your a B17 pilot while on the flight deck of an Airbus can end in.........

Can't speak for you, but I am the product of everything I have flown. The list is long and the Airbus is only at the end of it.

If you consider yourself as only a programmer who manages risk, you are getting paid more than you deserve on LOA93 and we shouldn't read anymore posts from you suggesting or complaining otherwise.

The MOU is actually called a contingent collective bargaining agreement.....

If someone calls it that they can't read the title of what they voted on, or the content either:

"Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Contingent Collective Bargaining Agreement"

This Memorandum provides a process for reaching:
a. a Merger Transition Agreement (the “MTA”) and
b. a Joint CBA (the "JCBA")

Read carefully. The MOU is nothing more than an MOU. It provides agreement about how collective bargaining will occur in order to reach an MTA and eventually a JCBA... and the agreement is only contingent, of course.

WOW, you're really touchy about your leather jacket.

I'm not the one who spent the last 5 years fighting to stay on LOA 93.

I don't think so. If that were the case they wouldn't be so eager to get to our bases. No, I'd say it's more that they have a chip on their shoulder that most of us have been a captain here and they never have been. That or they are ignorant of the FOM. Or wait, it could be that they have nothing better in life to do than to come up with things about the east to xxxxx about.

It's really to do more with the bonehead things we see on a regular basis. You mention the FOM. It seems some of you are not familiar with certain procedures in the FOM which can make some people like FFDO's very jumpy.

This is an incident recently reported

"Another Eastie story.
Flying today and we had an Eastie FO on the JS. Did a lav break and he went first. See the lav light go out and get up waiting for him to call to be let back in. Nope! the moron uses the key pad and we get the warning beeps. Captain calls back and 1st had no idea he used the pad as her back was turned. I let him in with a "we don't do that here" comment and go do my thing. When back up front _____ has been given him an ass chewing and he uses the excuse that he doesn't know how to work the phone intercom from the back, despite being on the bus. The rookie chick's enlightened him."

"The stories are true. This stuff is happening back there as they seem to think it is ok to make up their own procedures."

"I have had easties tell me the way we do the bathroom breaks is not how they do it in the east. That was totally unacceptable. Good job educating him."

"Same thing happened to me a few years back except the Capt. and I went first and used proper procedure to let back onto the flight deck, then the east hole went back and used the same procedure you just described, used the key pad to try to let him self in. They're nothing but a bunch of jerk off's pretending they're the most professional aviators in the business."

There are many leather jackets but this one is mine.

Honestly though, it's too hot and heavy. I thought it was a good idea at the time.

you RATIFIED a JCBA. It's as ripe as ripe gets. Everyone, (except your fake scab union) agrees.

Interesting how you asked for your Nicolau list and they shoved it back across the table so fast their sleeves ignited. No, everyone really gets you have no Nic, and no JCBA. simply a MOU.

Time for another quiz. Who wrote:

"Ripeness is a given- all parties of interest except one think so.
Injunction issued by July
POR August 31
West pilots take 330 captain bids in Fall.
USAPA gone by December
A few disgruntled AFO easties try to sue the APA and the company- case goes nowhere. Eventually, interest wanes as the AFOs retire, see the futility in their efforts and realize they need to purchase a small piece of land with a trailer on it to afford retirement.
A sad ending for such a bitter group "

PI, I will take the corpulent 330 seat sniffer for one hundred.

Good point Pi. Post deleted.

Pretty simple, Pi.

Most Cactus pilots don't want to be mistaken as being East pilots.

And 99% of pilots in the past 25 years wanted nothing to do with your airline. Especially a job. What was your reason? Driving in the style of your CEO, or the domestic altercation?

I am very familiar with it. I'm familiar with the warnings about certain things being need to know and don't think they should be posted on an public webboard. I didn't quote it, so I suggest you delete it. Bonehead.

Refresh your memory and read the actual MOU, specifically Section I subsections A and B, which explain what the MOU is, not what you want it to be. The Q&A which the NAC posted also elaborates on what it is and isn't.

Res Judicata has an issue with falsehoods. So much so he has expressed his issue with FBI polygraphs all over cyberspace.

There is no need for a west pilot to wear an O2 mask. They continually have a one way flow outward of hot air.

Hey Claxon, are you able to delete your quote of my post? Stupid of me to post sensitive info. Thanks.
