The Board then approved the following resolution 8-3 (Yes - CLT, DCA, PHX; No - PHL).
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the $40 million dollars contained within the MOU will be disbursed based on a per capita basis, as measured monthly, to include all pilots holding US Airways system seniority and active on February 8th 2013, with the following conditions,
The measurement period shall be defined as the calendar months February 2013 through August 2013.
A pilot shall be considered Active in any calendar month if he/she is active for at least one day during that month
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the $40 million dollars contained within the MOU will be disbursed based on a per capita basis, as measured monthly, to include all pilots holding US Airways system seniority and active on February 8th 2013, with the following conditions,
- Pilots defined as “management pilots” (as defined by the Profit Sharing Methodology) will not be included in the disbursement
- Pilots on military leave and any pilot retiring on or after February 8th, 2013 shall receive a full share
- Pilots shall receive a prorated share equal to 1/7th share for each month of Active service during the Measurement Period
- Pilots on furlough or pilots placed on LTD after January 1, 2003 and who remain on LTD or were transitioned to VPL shall receive $2,500.
- If a pilot is eligible for more than one distribution method, he/she may only receive one distribution and that will be the one with the highest value.

I am bewildered that an alleged spokesperson would resort to posting such:
- risk the assumption they know a posters name
- offer remedial instruction on the meaning of "cupcake"
- refer to a defunct CBA, and shout DONE in the same sentence, as if to boast their understanding of the word "paradox"
- publicly admit his discomfort with the posts of others
- publicly chastise posters with his own opinion, as if he knows them, and as if he is the moderator
- Scold others about posting (as if his assumptions were adequate warrant for him to do so)
- signs his name to the post (his alleged name, of course)
1. Either USAPA has brilliantly planted fake West posters on this board... (does USAPA deserve THAT much credit?)..

2. The West is indeed more dire than I ever imagined, even more than they boast themselves to be! (Oh yeah, I should have realized the YouTube videos were the main clue all along)
Oh by no means. While there really couldn't be enough laughing emoticons in all of cyberspace's infinite realm to properly address the whole west "spartan"/tough-guy/"army" fantasy; you can have these to use in perpetuity and free of charge:

Scene fade in to "King Leonidas" confronting the Persion emmissary: Umm...err...Just kidding about all that tough-guy stuff!....I really meant "I will let the courts do my talking for me." 🙂 A bit of a dissapointing downgrade from heroically roaring: "This...is....SPARTA!!!", don'tcha' think? 😉 Your bunch has dependably provided hearty laughs for years now. There will always be some spare emoticons available to, if not respect, at least applaud your efforts there. 🙂

When I scroll down the messages and I come across the emoticons, they are like little speed bumps. What the heck is MD saying now? Cupcakes, tadpoles and Sparta.
