OK. One or both of us is confused here. So which is indeed the "nicest" you can use? = "Cupcake" or "Dirtbag"? 🙂

Btw: "Cupcake", issuing forth from a mighty "spartan"..umm... "pilot", who himself, shirks so much as even a recreational flying wager, fails to much impress. Perhaps for purposes of attempting insult; you should instead, send over at least a west "knight" who's "fought with valor in many battles", or even one of your dreaded "dire wolves". 🙂

I really don't know what "flying wager" you speak about, Cupcake. I fly for a living and am paid as such, thus making me a professional. I don't recall exactly how much flight time I have, but I believe it exceeds 20K. I wasn't in the military, so perhaps you can suck fuel from a wand better than I can. I don't know. I really don't care. If you're a better stick than I am, does that allow you to go back on your word? That's interesting.

Cupcake is meant an insult. It refers to a baked pastry that can be easily chewed & digested with little effort from the other party. It also infers that the "cupcake" is ultimately not going to be a problem or issue.

The confusion probably resides within the meaning of "cupcake"... apparently it has something to do with not keeping your word (ie. being a dirtbag or some such thing).

But it is confusing since it appears to be applied to those who indeed believed keeping one's word is not up for debate, even if one is an elected rep, or group of esteemed reps of long history and tradition.

?????? What the heck are you talking about Scotty? Cupcake is meant to be an insult directed toward the other party. Chewed & digested with little effort. I don't know what you are making reference to regarding "keeping my word". My CBA signed on the dotted line to abide by the arbitrators decision. DONE.

Apparently the Cupcake (one of many) infers that since his flying skills must be better than mine, he wishes to have some sort of test of skill. He also thinks that this skill level will allow him to get away with evading the Final & Binding seniority list by any means possible.

If you're out for good Scotty, you should stay away from this board. It really has nothing to do with you any longer.

Sure you don't know. That would be the one we discussed at some length in PM mode just weeks back, which you declined, and noted something to the direct effect that you'll instead let your lawyers and courts talk for you....or are you pretending to be abnormally oblivious today? 🙂

An elected West representative (allegedly, self-proclaimed) is now sincerely trying to explain the meaning and purpose of "cupcake"... and is doing so despite that just a few days ago someone made a complete fool of themselves desperately attempting to explain, with equal sincerity, the vital importance of the nature of "tadpoles".

"Tadpoles" and cupcakes"... Sing it to the tune of Crimson and clover.. over and over... Crimson and clover.. over and over... it will soon be a featured song on the next Dire Wolves, Spartan Army, etc. etc. YouTube video.

Added to that he implicitly assumes to know my name (compliments of the "tadpole" aficionado) and in doing so proves (again) exactly why they have no traction... they have no F-ing clue what the 9th meant by "implicitly assume"

The fort of "Implicit Assumption" is a wonderful bulwark they have chosen for themselves. I do hope they tidy it up a bit and plant a few petunias.... and yes, I would expect nothing less than brass engraved signs next to the petunias, so all can read and learn about the nature and importance of petunias planted next to forts. You heard it here first!

Imagine Judge Silver's embarrassment if her colleagues ever discovered, notwithstanding any law, she inadvertently sided with plaintiffs who sincerely advanced their cause (even if merely on a web board) via evidence with respect to tadpoles, cupcakes, and petunias. She would never show her face again in public.

In fairness there: I'd have to imagine that as a long-seated, senior Judge, she must necessarily have experienced a notable amount of...umm... "colorful" characters during her time in court.

Was that the "wager" you speak of, Cupcake? I'll pass on flying with you until such time that we are scheduled to work together. You can work with someone that you disagree in a professional manner, right? Frankly I can't see the prospect as "enjoyable", but I can get the work done regardless of the other party's lack of integrity.
