I'm doing a project for one of my university classes and I'm having trouble finding answers to my questions.

Does anyone know what model aircraft was the first to have exhaust heating? How about a/c?

What model of aircraft was the first pressurized aircraft?

I've heard snippets of information that the first pressurized aircraft was the boeing 247 (introduced 1933) but no one has been able to confirm this for me.

Anything that would point me in the right direction helps!

Hope,

The first pressurized aircraft was a modified Boeing 247 which was designated the XC-35. It flew I think in 1937 and won the Collier award for innovation or something like that. My motto is "if it aint Boeing I aint going".
