Awa - Pilot Labor Agreement

Is it possible to uplaod the America West Pilot's Labor Agreement. Or, at least key highlights of the Agreement.

Assuming that this Merger flys, and this might be jumping the gun, but perhaps we should be working as hard discussing and defending the best of the worst in these two contracts -with management as the adversary; As compared with the money and effort that is being spent on integration, -with our fellow ALPA colleagues as the adversary.

This, at least, is a common ground we can lock-arms for the benefit of all.

I just don't see any potential for a pissing contest. U is East coast, HP is West. Same planes and pay (for the most part). Who wants to move to fly the same plane for about the same pay in a different venue? I just don't see what is to get all worked up about from a pilot's perspective.

Just bring on the abitrators and forget the name calling etc etc that went on in the last fandango---besides I dont have any kin folks in ALPA legal to make cheap bucks during the process---BTW it would be pure slaughter in a date of hire situation----we need some guidance and direction that makes sense too all.
