I've NEVER advocated ANY preferred leave but you are the most arrogant SOB to post and my dreams would be for YOU to NEVER fly US aggain! I hate to break it to some but the remarks from the likes of US1FARE, Piney and Art who already left are the voice of MANY. How many of the FF's out there feel the same way? How many out there are dealing with the same bs? I don't think that ANY employee at Usairways should have to take the brunt of managements mistakes but when some find ANY little reason as to why ANYTHING is the way it is deserves to be barked at. When a passenger be it a FF or a once a year flyer receives the service that US provides horribly on a daily basis has EVERY right to b!tch. Telling a passenger that you are sick of them complaining about YOUR company is so wrong on many levels. We all can be a little p!ssy and b!tchy on here from time to time but I think we can ALL agree, employee and customer alike that things are REALLY bad here folks. There is also NO SIGN of any change in a positive direction regardless of how the spin is put on our improvements.
