Benghazi Threads-Merged

So #1 Hitlery wasn't part of BaRack's administration ?

You might try reading slower. I believe I was quite clear when I said "you all most likely have succeeded in dashing Hillary's plans for 2016. ". But when it comes down to who to vote for in 2016, what will the republicans have done to prove their worth? They got Obama and kept Hillary off the ballot. As the world goes on, the pugs have their laserlike focus on BenGayzi and will end up in late 2015 trying to find the issue that they can run on the next year.

How old will Billary be in 2016?
69, yep 69 years old.
Who will vote for her?
Doesn't matter of all the crap that anyone digs up on her before 2016.

I think Clintons future aspirations rest in large part with the RNC. I think Benghazi will play little if any roll in her future. I think it will rest primarily with who they run in 2016. If they run another Romney or McCain Clinton could be bludgeoning babies and still win. If they run someone like Christie then Clinton will have her hands full. Given the track record of the RNC over the last several years, I think Clinton would have an easy time of it should she decide to run.

True enough X...which makes all this effort to 'find the truth about Benghazi' all the more baffling...Hell...Hillary was trying to give the republicans ADVICE on how to win in 2016 when she said "it doesn't matter". The GOP should better spend their time focusing on doing things to improve the apparently shitty economy we have and point to THAT. Instead they are focusing on "getting" Obama. And making sure that a woman who will be 69 in 2016 doesn't run.

If I didn't have a kid here, I'd be on the first plane to New Zealand, which is about as far away from this silliness as one can get. We had JFK looking at the possibilities for America. We had Reagan and his positive optimistic view. We even had *gasp* Obama winning on "hope". What are the republicans running on? "We aren't as sh!tty as them?" or..."this country is doomed".

Wonder if Hitlery would tell the families, of the 4 dead, "It doesn't matter!", to their faces ?

Hey KC,
I think finding the truth so as we can avoid it again is not a bad thing. Turning it into a witch hunt will do no one any good. That’s why I like being an independent. I’m not sucked up in the mantra of partisanship and pulling the rope for either party. Both sides play this game. It’s tiresome and counterproductive. I would like to think differently, but I believe both sides fuel the partisanship and we are all toys of the lobbyists. Lobbyists pull the strings in this country, make no doubt about it. Aside from talking points, I don’t see much of a difference between left and right. They both screw us and blame each other , when this doesn’t stick, they blame US!
RepubliRats and DemoRats are more interested in the globalization of MeriKa and how it fits their wallets. IMHO, none of them are looking out for you and I.

That’s one way out for “YOU” but what about the rest of us suckers here that work day in and day out trying to make a future?
RepubliRats will do as they have always done. Convince their lemmings they are GOD incarnate sent to protect the pepple.

JMHO, the RepubliRats dooms day predictions are a self-fulfilling prophesy.

You people act like the Demorats don't use dirty laundry on their opponents ! Hell, how do you think a nobody, like BaRack got elected to the Senate in the first place. He had all the other candidates disqualified !

Maybe you need to call BaRack and ask where all the jobs are ! Besides, him and his peeps are the ones who make it more difficult to be successful in the U.S. They'd rather give hand-outs, than opportunitys !

The Illinois Republican Party has been in something of a valley for the past few years and it was no surprise that party chieftains had a hard time coming up with someone willing -- and able -- to make a race of it.

It turned out that no Republican from Illinois wanted to.

So the party looked ... and looked... and finally found somebody -- in Maryland.

Alan Keyes, the perennial presidential candidate. An African-American in the Clarence Thomas mold. Conservative and pro-life, Keyes could also give one heckuva speech. Unfortunately, very few people wanted to hear him.

Yes, he moved to an apartment in Calumet City to show his -- not very deep -- Illinois roots. Frankly, Keyes could have moved into the Water Tower on Michigan Avenue in Chicago and it would not have helped. He lost the election. Big time, as Dick Cheney might put it.

Obama’s usual campaign method, used in 100 percent of his races, has been to pry into the private records of his opponents.
Let’s take a romp down memory lane and review the typical Obama campaign strategy. Obama became a U.S. senator only by virtue of David Axelrod’s former employer, the Chicago Tribune, ripping open the sealed divorce records of Obama’s two principal opponents.
One month before the 2004 Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate, Obama was down in the polls, about to lose to Blair Hull, a multimillionaire securities trader. But then the Chicago Tribune leaked the claim that Hull’s second ex-wife, Brenda Sexton, had sought an order of protection against him during their 1998 divorce proceedings.
Those records were under seal, but as The New York Times noted: “The Tribune reporter who wrote the original piece later acknowledged in print that the Obama camp had ‘worked aggressively behind the scenes’ to push the story.” Many people said Axelrod had “an even more significant role — that he leaked the initial story.”

After having held a substantial lead just a month before the primary, Hull’s campaign collapsed with the chatter about his divorce. Obama sailed to the front of the pack and won the primary. Hull finished third with 10 percent of the vote.

As luck would have it, Obama’s opponent in the general election had also been divorced! Jack Ryan was tall, handsome, Catholic — and shared a name with one of Harrison Ford’s most popular onscreen characters! He went to Dartmouth, Harvard Law and Harvard Business School, made hundreds of millions of dollars as a partner at Goldman Sachs, and then, in his early 40s, left investment banking to teach at an inner city school on the South Side of Chicago.
Ryan would have walloped Obama in the Senate race. But at the request of — again — the Chicago Tribune, California Judge Robert Schnider unsealed the custody papers in Ryan’s divorce five years earlier from Hollywood starlet Jeri Lynn Ryan, the bombshell Borg on “Star Trek: Voyager.”

And that’s how Obama became a U.S. senator. He destroyed both his Democratic primary opponent and his Republican general election opponent with salacious allegations about their personal lives taken from “sealed” court records.
