My interpretation of what she said is that whether the four were killed as a result of a riot gone BS or a riot precipitated by a video is irrelevant. The fact is four people are dead.

Apparently this DEMOCRAT was trying to prepare us for the coming of Obama since he has introduced the same resolution to Congress every two years since 1997. Which means he proposed it 4 times while BUSH was president. Also interesting to read at the bottom of the article how many REPUBLICANS proposed the very same thing.
