Your State was wise and voted for Donald Trump. Not to mention your State with the exception of Bill Clinton has voted predominantly President red since 1980.

Your Governors flip back and forth red and blue but because of the conservatism of the majority of your electorate even Democratic Governors can’t enact crazy liberal policies. They have to straddle a fine line.

My niece and I both live in NY. She bought a house recently and while discussing our high monthly natural gas bills (North of $500) she said she thought she did somthing wrong with the rhermostat. I told her the only thing she did wrong was voting Democrat.

BTW I have a brother in New Jersey and another in California and a sister in Seattle. They’re all conservatives and voted for Trump. All my best friends who live back in Brooklyn, Trump. A few friends in Dallas, Trump. 4 Cousins living here in Florida, Trump.

Even a few of my Union friends in private have told me they voted for Trump. And yea a small handful that can’t stand him. 🤷🏻

The Democrat as governor is the only reason the will of the people still stands It's her last term, and if a Republican is elected, we can be sure that the will of the people will be ignored. But several years ago...under a Republican president and a Republican governor, many folks here had gas bills over $700.
