HUGE storm is due in the northeast! Make no mistake about it, the north east airports will be a disaster area. With this piece of crap system, the lines for our poor pax will be out the door because it takes too damn long to process them. Just be prepared...Special Service agents will be pulling their hair out because the gate agents will not be able to work flights and rebook our poor pax. Used to be able to, but with this system, it's impossible to do both.

When will all of this begin?

Yesterday - Terminal F in PHL - 3 people in front of me at the ticket counter who were transferred from NW to US - each went to a different agent - the AW agent processed his person in half the time the US agents processed the other two people - so doesn't that indicate this all may be a training issue and that the system isn't as bad as many people make it out to be?

From what I witnessed yesterday it appears that if you have been trained properly and know how to work the system it can be fairly fast to use.

HOW WOULD YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE FROM FROM A REGULAR DAY?

Maybe, maybe not. With further information, you're assuming that their reroute situations should have taken the same amount of time to handle. That may or may not be the case.

There are no AW agents in PHL. Could the processing time be due to the fact that the E-ticket was not accessible and the agent was having a hard time reconciling that? Anyway, I consider myself to be one that can pick up on things quickly and believe me this thing is a pig.
When we went to Sabre within a week the airline was running fine. We are now into 6 weeks with this piece of Sh?t and still not back on track. I'm telling you, as long as we have this system in the northeast, it will never get better. TAKES TOO LONG TO PROCESS PEOPLE!

He was wearing the "business casual" AW uniform - could it be he was on loan from somewhere else?
