RTB in't the sharpest pencil in the drawer. Most of his/her post use the letters "POS". I'm sure this must refer to his/her love for the scabs

Borescope,
I think you may have mistaken me for someone else. However, since we're on the subject of scab loving, It evidently seems that you are quite fond of them yourself.

This is a very dry cold up here, much more easier to handle than a wet cold which is what I am use to. Mid-thirty temperatures where I come from is a bitter numbing cold. The low twenties here is almost comfortable. You guys have a tendency of blowing everything out of proportion.

I'll remember you said this about Feb or March....if you last that long. 🙂

I'm also used to a "wet cold." Dry or not, where I'm at right now temps in the 20's would feel like Hawaii-and it's coming your way again, PTO (no hurry, I know).

Well we got down to 6 degrees and FINALLY got some good snow last night 5-6 inches where I live. ITS GREAT!!!!!!!! WE LOVE THIS FINALLY SOME REAL WEATHER  Gosh living in the midwest we felt so denied of winter. Yes it will get colder com Feb but there is no way dtw can match frostbite falls (international falls)minn. and I have flown in there and worked on planes there and spent many years growing up in minn., so I can promise I will be here. Oh and by the way no one missed work or was late for work because of the snow or cold. Hackman as was once pointed out to you by someone else you dont have to be amfa to work in the cold.

I'm not talking about upper midwesterners that grew up in the cold 'tard. I was refering to the southern scabs that bundle up like the Michelin Man for 20deg weather. I spent quite a few nights on the ramp in MSP, and being a Northerner myself, I was used to it. However, throw a redneck in the sub-zero fun, and they can't hang....seen it, witnessed it. Don't ever let them drive in it either, thats a joke too. I still snowmobile and ice fish every year in the U.P., Minnesota, and Wisconsin. When you try to explain to a southern redneck what its all about, how beautiful and pristine it is, the first thing they say is, "I duhn heard a feller could die up in them thar parts....

BTW Opie, when did I state you had to be an AMFA member to work in the cold? Right, I didn't. Your misguided hatred for unions knows no bounds, get a grip. 🙄

Hackman, ever listened to the d'upers (not sure about the spelling) we still sing their christmas song 😀 anyway, I am not a "tard" yes I did grow up in the North; however I have spent many years in what you would call redneck country and one does acclimate but you can never loose an appreciation of the beauty of winter. Now, your comment about hating unions I do not I dont not like what they have become nor what they have done to the American worker and the comment about being amfa to survive winter was from a past post you had made which was responded to by either Borescope or Robbedagain which said you didnt have to be amfa to survive the winter you only needed hi tech undies. You post which that person responded to insinuated that only the previous NWA mechs could handle it.
