I wish I could use the USAirways.com website instead of the crap I have to use now with my company. Unfortunately we are forced to use a corporate travel agent because our companies get a discount from the airlines. It's usually a 17% discount from what I've been told. But no discount is applied if the ticket is very cheap to begin with. If and when US rationalizes the airfares I could foresee using the US website more effectively.
I already won't use our corporate travel site for hotel reservations. Often I find better rates on the Hilton and Marriott websites and will book through them.
