Caremark going away?

CVS announced today that it will purchase Caremark. Could this mean we might actually be able to go to a neighborhood pharmacy and fill our prescriptions?

I believe that not much will change because the company has already negotiated the contract for RX's for 2007. But maybe 2008?? :unsure:
