Change of control provision in CWA contract

If there is a change of control of the company(merger,sale,etc.),the hourly rates of pay in this agreement shall be increased back to the rates ,which would have been effective following the Pay Parity adjustment in June 2002...I dont know if this is in all the agreements but would be of interest to employees and investors...
