Apparently AA received FAA authorization to offer the service, but only on the 767-200ER's. Rest of the fleet coming later this year. Not knowing how the service operates, but why can't it just be turned on to the entire GOGO equipped flights at once? Does each fleet need certification? Or an upgrade to it's GOGO servers? I thought the service was planned by GOGO from the beginning. Also, AA has a whopping 90 day exclusivity. I would assume from Aug 2nd.

Sounds great. I'll be doing LAX-JFK in J on 8/10. Should be neat but I wonder if F/J will be charged for access. Hopefully this will also be the day the Samsung tablets are introduced.

Goody, goody, LAX to JFK with on demand entertainment. That's allot of Oprah re-runs and Rachel Rhea cooking shows, who takes care of your cat and waters your ferns?

Not sure when the Samsung tablets are introduced. If you have them let us know what you think.

I sure hope it's free for you. I'd really hate to see your privileged self charged for anything.
