Spin,
U had been in BK the last 3 years. TWICE to be specific. Not a good track record. They forced labor to subsidize a FAILED business model because they didn't have the vision, hindsight, insight or foresight to figure out a workable new business plan. Besides Labor and the taxpayers, every creditor, lender, vendor, and shareholder were wiped out or lost huge by U's bankruptcies.
Bankruptcy is not a level playing field for any entity who has a stake in a company.
Its unfair for you to "slant" our/labor's past 3 year history while U was out screwing everything in its path by using the "bankruptcy loophole".
Give us a frick'en break! And the entire executive team got rewarded. And those DP yahoos expect silence? Or for union reps to shut up and move on?? Its ok for this to pervade to other companies as a "good thing"???
Unions useless/company good?? Cold day in hell...
700UW is correct. PositiveChange and improvements just doesn't happen. Execs are not looking to see how much of their profits, salary, bonus money, perks to erode by giving it to labor going forward.
Most change and "balance" for the working citizens that has occured in this great nation of ours came by force, not by "good will" from the rich and powerful.
