Doug Parker claims that he will not ask the employees to take anymore hits. AWA employees make far less that US employees do (at least the f/a). Are you willing to give up more? You know it is coming.

I thought your payscales were last changed to the same levels as HP? Effecttive 01-01-05? with scheduled equalization dates

NO, they are not the same.
A 14 year flight attendant at US makes the same as at AWA, but the step increases are way off. I am at $29.91 an hour at a 6 year payscale and at AWA the 6 year step is only $23.40. That is $6.50 lower. They don't start evening out until somewhere around 12 years.

Keep in mind F/As are only paid a guarantee of 70 or so hours a month.
 
I am simply amazed that folks on here would say they would either vote yes or consider another concession.

This is a perfect example of folks believing they have no worth.

This is one of the main reasons I am leaving. How do you convince people that they have worth, self confidence, and that their identity is not revealed in a company.

If you're talking about customer service, going to the HP payscale would be a raise for the CWA brothers and sisters at M/E (Mainline express, aka Oxymoronic Air)!
