CWA Pay Arbitration

Has anyone heard how yesterdays pay arbitration hearing went????

I hope Barbara Tobin had her boxing gloves on and the union doesnt back down from the retro claim...

It would be really nice to make the same pay as my counterpart from the old AWA since its my CWA contract that got them all raises and I'm 2 years behind

From what I hear the arbitration went well. We just have to sit and wait a couple of months for the results.
