If you wanted to vote no, why didnt you mark no and send it back in? It didnt cost anything and you would know that your no meant no, not maybe no, if someone told you right....
The problem is (and I get it a lot since I used to be a shop steward) people dont want to be bothered until it affects them, and usually by that point, its too late for anything to be done FOR them. Some people will never learn.

It's better not be Tad--you know I voted--just some didn't thinking it would be a no vote anyway.
 
This wasn’t a N.M.B election NO 50+1 % like tadjr said some people just don’t care.

Our office was told if you didn't send in a vote it was a no vote. so what's up with this?????
WHO in your office was it a shop steward?
