The true answer is that although the New Direction is heading in the right direction, the downfall is who they have overseeing organizing. We were told that T. Nelson was not included in the mix for the Delta vote. Bad move on the cockroach's part.
It seems that in order to go the New Direction, ya gotta have the best organizing and folks, he wasn't included in the mix. What will it take another loss? Hopefully not.

Do you realize that Delta probably hired a Union busting firm to tell them how to talk to employees and what things they could push the envelope on. Look into that or is there no chance that Delta would do that?
