Now that's great..Concerning management bonuses. At TAESL they gave us the wrong presentation and showed us the wages for both the unionized work force and management.

Union wages for the year was 12.7 million, management wages was 3.7 million and management bonuses was 2.6 million. Which equals just about half of union wages even though they only compromise less then 1/4 of the workforce. Shared sacrifice yea right.
Considering that management is outnumbered by the union workforce at Taesl by about a 5 to 1 margin, but yet only lags in wages by a 2 to 1 margin, proves there is no shared sacrifice.
