As well as you understand the system, I'm guessing you're a west lawyer pretending to be an East pilot. So those that disagree with you are posers?

No, a poster who claims to know what is going on with the appeal (and supposedly received the email from USAPA) but still denies the appeals court already set dates... that would be someone who looks like they are posing as a pilot without the obvious facts available to all USAPA pilots... ie. appears to be a poser. Or maybe another low information voter. 🙂So those that disagree with you are posers?
Maybe if APA has a disagreement with the company, current america west pilot Mike can show all how the cactus pilots act during a self help situation. Mike thought self help meant helping himself, typical west mentality.Umm. Take a look at the list. Finding a single example does not make your argument. The average age difference between east and west is less then 5 years.
The APA does not want any us air pilots senior to the for a day a week or a year. Ask a TWA pilot how APA felt about having an "old" guy in front of the,.
Pull your head out and stop believing your own failed argument.
Would the company have filed an Appeal if USAPA had agreed to include the NIC in the MOU. Don't think so, sorry.
west pilots, fegie and vasin, class of 2004, need your help. They are not attempting to intimidate you.

I am the mirror you are looking at, the reflection is of you.You are by far the biggest asswipe I have ever seen post on a public forum.
Keep it up...you are great entertaiment.
And US' pilots made a sweetheart deal with the company to cross the IAM picket line in 92 and scabbed too.Eddie in the above video, former america west pilot, did his best to help the country of Australia also. His linked in page has Randy Mc, former america west pilots as his friend. Randy helped Wien Air Alaska survive a disagreement with their pilots by replacing them.
You gentlemen sure are consistent over the years.
Rationalizing putting an american eagle pilot hired in 2004, ahead of a never furloughed 17 year East pilot, no problem for you. You america west pilots saved Australia, Alaska and now US Airways while still in ground school over the years, amazing.
NO, YOU are. That link says EXACTLY what I did. You're so stupid, you agreed with me and didn't even know what you read.
What a bunch of idiotic clowns you are.
He would be correct if he said you were stupid. Filing the "Notice of Appeal" is the same as filing for an appeal, but you're too dumb to get it. I'd tell you to ask your lawyers, but they don't get it, either.Clown, an appeal has not been filed, what was filed was a "Notice to File". This Notice to File is not an appeal. It just states the company may file an appeal and is notifying the court.
if an appeal is not filed in 90 days from the filing of the Notice it then expires.
Dca319 is correct.
There is a deadline for filing, and the company filed just prior to the deadline. ..
dca319 is correct on the issue, no appeal has been filed- just a notice of intention to file one. There is a difference. Carry on being stupid...
You all need to get on the same page.. Oh, sorry, denial is your MO.
Earlier today (January 2), the Court of Appeals issued a “Time Schedule Order” setting April 10 as the date for US Airways (the “Appellant&rdquo😉 to file its opening brief and May 10 as the date for USAPA and the West Pilot Class (the “Appellees&rdquo😉 to file their responding briefs.
