Oh, no. Somebody filed a court action without checking with you first. There should be a law.

More proof that you're a faker and lier, since all the documentation is on the USAPA website, just like it said it would be in the email.

You're even dumber than I thought.

Relax angry Bill. You seem a bit edgy. You going to make it if this does end up going the wrong way for us?

This is another "cram down" c'mon say it, shades of HUMMEL, DUI, AOL(EBERWEINE, WEBBER), faction written all over it, just like DUI is APA's savior, all preplanned, the WEST, has no SCOPE, no COC, but yet 2 members on the NAC, why? can see they have 1 rep on the NAC, but 2? Wake up! What position has DUI promised these guys?, look around you, your most effective management clones ALPA or otherwise are checkpilots, or chiefpilots, or are BILL POLLOCK hiring pilots, HUMMEL on DECK! CHIPPY NEXT?

Ugh. That makes use look really good. Paranoia is taking hold.

Its as good a guess as any. AA (i.e. Horton and Crandall) have clearly telegraphed a merger after emerging from bankruptcy/after a SLI agreement, and APA has complained that AA is delaying. AA has exclusivity until the end of March, I think. Both the APA and the UCC have benefitted from DUI leverage against Horton, but still Horton is way more qualified to be the CEO of the combination.
Better than a guess , a logical conclusion, DUI has paraded himself, like a prom girl, hardly the "mngmnt team MEMBER TAPPED BY THE AMR BOARD", we still have 2bill debt on the usairways books, the same debt AMR entered BK with, twice the revenue at AMR, PHX a big loser, their employees, a liability, looks like a duck? You guessed it DUI and their incestual sibling AOL, the guideing force of the takeover of AMR, only at AMR they are smarter, entered BK at their timeing, exiting and in charge in their time! DUI and their sibling AOL, DOA! Outgunned at every juncture, his dowfall? PHX and his boys at AOL!

No. CV-10-01570-PHX-ROS
AMENDED JUDGMENT
(to add description of class)
Pursuant to the Court’s resolution of the motions for summary judgment,
IT IS ORDERED Counts I and III of the complaint are dismissed and judgment is
entered in favor of US Airline Pilots Association on Count II of the complaint. US Airline
Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation
provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose. This judgment is binding on the
following class: “All pilots employed by US Airways in September 2008 who were on the
America West seniority list on September 20, 2005.”
DATED this 4th day of December, 2012.

Judge Roslyn Silver
The NIC will not be part of the MOU, but I'm not siging anything giving away scope or C of C, and 10 grand forget it. This deal might not be happening while AMR is in bankruptcy.

What do you mean by "us"? I'm not angry, just astounded at the stupidity displayed by you and some others on this board.

Did you find your documents? You'll have to get them from a USAPA member. I won't let nonmembers use mine. I'll just let you know, you probably don't want to see them anyway. You and Prechillil will just feel even more stupid.

My guess Horton Emerges standalone aquires and splits USAIRWAYS ,they have seen the books remember DUI has way "OVERVALUED THE COMBINED USAIRWAYS"!
This would be the best deal all around if AMR can come out on their own, would solve all of our problems. Let me see PHX or LAX.

Good points. The C of C alone is worth 3 to 5 grand per pilot per month. Don't want to sign that away! Signing away the scope would certainly mean the end of a large number of our careers.

"These two systems will not come together in quite the same way as Deta/Northwest or United/Continental, which was substantially more end to end than American/US. To take advantage of the revenue and cost synergies, in the American/US combination, both networks will be materially changed. That means of course that some pilots will be required to move. Some bases may close."

~ Bob Crandall
Agreed. How does that concept play into to the east dream of you keep what you brought?

Now which bases do you think would be more at risk? PHX, one of two bases on the entire west coast. Lax being space restricted and expensive to operate. Or one or more east bases that are within a couple hundred miles of each other?
