I remember signing a non-disclosure agreement when doing a valuation on a business for sale (didn't want employees to know). That was a midsized business and even that was to be taken seriously. Notice of intent to vacate NDA? Holy guacamole, that's like sticking your head down the barrel of a loaded howitzer, what an idiot!!!.

They won't violate anything in the NDA, but there are those who will use the cloak of the NDA to invent all kinds of innuendo and false smears that can't be answered. If the pilots want cupcakes, cupcakes they will get.

What pisses me off is for dca319 and Chip to jump in with their political spins....blurring the truth for the line pilot. This is an important time for us all and we don't need to be mislead by people with their own agendas.....advancing themselves with deception.

Reading those emails from the reps to Streble disgusts me, and most especially the part where a rep threatens to undercut the NDA. I hope he tries it. I won't be paying his legal fees with my dues.

If a pilot isn't based in CLT then why would they insert themselves into it? But my screen name is Phoenix, so what do I know?

As I've posted before, I was born and raised near DC. To think a screen name has anything to do with anything is absurd.

OK, maybe I missed the emails from the other 2 reps, just got Ingram's. Can you post those other 2 for the record? I am a fair person, but show me the facts......that is all the line pilot asks for. FAIRNESS and FACTS....not spinning BS.

Ok so DCA319 has nothing to do with where you are based, and your implied clarification admits a DCA pilot doesn't have too much weight in a CLT matter. Since you aren't under an NDA maybe you can be specific, Is Chip a CLT pilot?

I too support Dewitt's concerns and have been aware of some time that running a recall election while under the NDA will prevent us from defending ourselves properly.



I of course have also verbalized to you that I intend to file a protest with the Appeal Board calling to their attention, as I did yours, that you are not in possession of any petitions asking the Secretary- Treasurer to take any action whatsoever, and yet you are taking it upon yourself to send out a recall ballot.

Your initial statement tried to indicate the McKee wrote the letter that Glynn authored. Then later, you refer to the letters that the CLT reps sent to Streble.....when in fact, the only thing I have seen is the Ingram letter.

It is obvious that you are spinning, along with Chip, in the way you are presenting the facts, when it is total BS.

The truth is important to us all at this point.

There are many issues regarding the events we find ourselves and I am in agreement with Dewitt regarding the NDA and any proposed attempt to run an election at this point in time. We have no idea what is occurring and have not been involved with the process as there are many issues that need discussion.
