Must suck on resverve and giving up your Int'l override pay unless you fly, I guess that could cost a pilot up to 5,000 a year.
I would be getting a raise of 3350 a month. I am supposed to be upset about that? You are delusional.

Yes, Courtney is delusional. Any pilot who'd tell a CP that his yelliw lanyard was for his sunglasses has got something missing upstairs.

Dear NAC,
APA 2012 contract specifies that jumpseat priority is by seniority. Therefore is it correct that under the MOU, the jumpseat reservation system will be eliminated?
Xxx Xxxxxxxx
USAPA #XXXXX

Sorry all you commuters or should I say you "JUNIOR" commmuters.
This leads me to a couple of other questions:

1.) Why didn't we just have the MOU specify that we keep our jumpseat reservation system & policy?
2.) What specific thing did we receive in exchange for agreeing to give up the ability to reserve the jumpseat?
3.) I understand that all unresolved JCBA items are subject to binding arbitration 90 days after JCBA talks begin. Could you please estimate the probability of success of negotiating keeping our jumpseat reservation system within the agreed to 90 day timeframe?
4.) Since negotiations are quid pro quo, what contract item of ours do you intend to offer management in exchange for being allowed to keep the jumpseat reservation system?
5.) Finally, in the event that no agreement is reached within the 90 day negotiations time limit to keep the current system, please estimate the probability of us winning this matter and keeping this valuable benefit of keping the jumpseat reservation system if/when it goes to the agreed to binding arbitration?

The Jumpseat and Travel Privileges are completely flipped from our airline. Seniority on J/S and "first come" for travel. Better hope Parker gets the helm. And even then nothing is for sure. I like "our" system better, but we might be on at least a little shaky ground arguing seniority "doesn't" matter. Might be a pipe dream, but having trips built for airports with lots of commuters is also intriguing. These are big lifestyle issues on our side, perhaps they can be at least addressed in the JNC process. You better vote "No" a second time. Or perhaps vote "yes" and change it back so you feel good about things. And also..do you thing the UCC was interested in talking about these issues? I think not, and in the whole scene it might have been petty for us to even have done so. Greeter

And your questions will never be answered until they're answered your way. Waste of time.

Boy for someone who has been quiet for a long period, you sure have a lot to say lately. Why is that? How many more here are actually his majesty himself? I'm sure there is back-up for the Move2Legion....you are many. That explains your rising stock of a score.

Peek-a-boo, I see you!

Meep-meep 😛 😛 😛

When was the last time an MoU came up for a vote? Meep-neep? Are you employed by US?

You forgot to subtract the healthcare increase, and guess what you still the lowest paid in the industry and if DAL of UAL rates go down 20% yours do to great MOU. Just hope you be gone soon.

Go back in your hole Munn, you and your group of idiots will soon be silenced soon. Great MOU you support.

I was wondering. Did his Uhaul break down in DC, or is he still in Phoenix?

The resident douche is who I am talking about.

What changed (other than USAPA's legal bills for the LOA93 grievance sinkhole) when the arbitrator made his ruling? Was USAPA responsible for issuing paychecks and had to do something different upon losing the grievance? What empirical "evidence" do you have that the LOA93 ruling is now binding on the parties in comparison to what was happening before the award was issued?

As usual you prefer to try and twist and distort facts rather than accept reality. Even under ALPA the NIC was not going to be effectuated until the JCBA became ratified. Nothing has changed in that regards so no JCBA still means the NIC will not be used for the LCC pilots until all of the conditions called for in the Transition Agreement are met. Even if a majority of east pilots and USAPA leadership were to "accept" the NIC and give up the fight against it, it would still be waiting for a JCBA. Attempting to say that the NIC is not somehow binding because it is not the current seniority system of two groups that have yet to be combined belies either an extreme ignorance or fallaciousness to you POV.

I realize this web site moves along pretty fast some days, but I posted early this A.M. about the TA and how the MOU/MTA displaces the TA. Or maybe my post just didn't make any impression on you. It was post #5582.

Doing the right thing that calls for binding....
Ya know I appreciate that you start out your posts right from the beginning with protestations about how we are wicked and you are righteous. And if ya must know, we get a kick out of every time ya squeal, sorta like a fisherman every time the fish pulls a little line off the real and makes the drag sing, not enough to read past the first sentence, but its good for a hit.

Well if that is Munn, he has greatly improved his grammar and spelling, if not his accuracy.

Where did I ever call myself righteous? Justified by His grace, yes. Righteous - no, not even one can make that claim.
