Clear? You are a PHX USAPA pilot, correct? USAPA was accused of what? You were not accused of the same? Here fishy, fishy.
No the west pilots were not accused of an illegal job action. In fact the west pilots statistics were used to demonstrate that we were not participating in any activity.
Oh yes, as long as you mention why you formed a fake union to illegally gain that which you never EARNED or were ever entitled to...you know...like SCABS? Perhaps the APA would understand the WEST'S refusal to join an illegal job action where the only target of such action was THE WEST themselves. Please...DO try to keep up Thurston. The APA being a responsible union lead by responsible adults would not have condoned the ILLEGAL work action .....
Please make sure you tell the APA you were in full agreement and participated in that little childish stunt. Observe how they embrace you to their union.

The APA being a responsible union lead by responsible adults would not have condoned the ILLEGAL work action and put an end to it instead of encourage it and provide the yellow rallying cry of "I'm on board". What did that doomed to failure from the beginning stunt cost the membership in dues for legal costs? What was the purpose of the stunt? What did it accomplish other than an injunction?

That is simply not logical thinking.
The MOU is not the vehicle to a career financial expectation status equal with the AA pilots, it is strictly and wholly a product of the proposed merger with AA. Notice the little blurb about the MOU is null and void unless the UCC, AMR and LCC BOD's approve the merger?
How can you logically argue in a SLI arbitration that you are on equal financial status with the AA pilots when absent the MOU (and the merger) you would not be.
Yet you are an east pilot with no sense of how much your poor reputation precedes you. It is east pilots that should be ashamed to show your face in public. APA also got us McCaskill-Bond. The East pilots brought two thirds of the flying and all the value of international flying but YOU want to steam roll us into your entitlement.
Doug Parker wouldn't be the CEO of the "New American" if it weren't for us. In fact, he has told you all several times that without a merger the BEST you all would have done without us was a "Frontier" like situation. It's really strange how APA think Doug is their savior yet the West simply despises ANYTHING that gets in their way of total world domination.

The Flight Attendants were truly the tip of the spear in relation to M/B amendment. But the pilots also played a part in it as well, even though it was led by ALPA who for whatever reason went on their own.First, we West pilots love history, but hate when idiots such as yourself try to rewrite it!
Clear obviously got it wrong about illegal job actions, and you got it wrong about McCaskill/Bond. It was not the APA and the pilots, but the treatment of the TWA flight attendants that brought about MB.
second, you are also rewriting history in your "you want to steamroll us in YOUR entitlement" comment. What transpired was a final and binding arbitration proceeding that rendered a fair and equitable outcome. The West is not steamrolling anybody. Uscaba on the other hand was founded to scab jobs that are not theirs to have...are you not a founding member? Tell us all why you founded uscaba!!! Remember, I got hours of video evidence saying to renege on the Nic, and a letter from a lawyer Bradford sought, who downright told him it was illegal!!!
Third, Parker has downright told you on several occasions that absent the merger liquidation and the loss of your job were a certainty. BTW, he told the West numerous times before the merger the same thing, and that by BUYING USairways, AWA was saving some 30,000 jobs.
Finally,I am by no means afraid to show my face and my West allegiance in public. As a matter of fact, I cannot tell you how many times OAL pilots have voiced their support. Not just the occasional jump seat rider, but pilots of influence, MEC chairmen, CAPA board members, pilot union reps, have all told me they despise what uscaba has done, not to back down, and bring the fight to you a-holes.
